Under the conditions specified below, you can order services for the maintenance of the grave, placing flowers, etc.

The following is a public contract proposal. Acceptance of this proposal shall be accomplished by a transfer of an order amount. All the details of the work, such as customer information, grave location, services ordered, and the costs of the works are specified in the order form.

1. The Jewish funeral institution Chevra Kadisho (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) guarantees the fulfilment of the ordered and paid services by the person who accepted this offer.
2. The contract between the Contractor and the Client shall be considered as concluded after the payment of this Service. The Contract is valid until the work listed in the order form is completed.
3. The Contractor has the right to entrust the execution of the order to third parties at its discretion.
4. Cleaning of graves is carried out from April 1 to November 1.
5. Upon completion of the order, a photo report of the order completion is sent to the Client’s specified email address upon request.
6. All disputes hereunder shall be resolved through mutual agreement. In case of failure to achieve a mutually acceptable solution all disputes are resolved according to the current legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
7. The Contractor is exempt from liability under the following circumstances: vandalism, natural disasters, falling trees on the grave, uncontrolled actions of third persons.
